Quarantine you can see
Held messages are listed in a quarantine report emailed to you, so a real invoice caught by mistake can be released in one click.
Security & Spam Filtering
Every message is checked on the way in and signed on the way out. Here's what happens to your mail, and what you can control yourself.
Incoming mail
We check the sending server against the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and against public blocklists. Forged senders are caught here.
Content, links and sender reputation are scored. Clear spam is rejected, borderline mail is marked or held in quarantine.
Attachments are scanned for viruses and malicious Office documents before delivery. Infected mail never reaches the mailbox.

Mail you send is signed with DKIM and covered by your domain's SPF and DMARC records, which is what keeps it out of other people's spam folders.
Apps and webmail connect over TLS. Mail between servers is encrypted whenever the other side supports it, which most now do.
If a password is stolen and an account starts sending spam, sending limits stop it quickly and we contact you to reset the password.
Mailboxes are backed up every day. Deleted something important? Ask us and we'll restore it from a recent backup.
Ask us to lock a mailbox, reset a password or redirect a leaver's mail, and it's done the same day.
