How it works
Four steps, one cut-over

Plan
We agree which mailboxes move, which addresses become aliases, and a date to switch.
2
Copy
We create the new mailboxes and copy mail from the old server in the background. Your team doesn't notice.
3
Switch
On the agreed day we change your domain's MX records so new mail arrives at NaxerTech.
4
Final sync
A last copy picks up anything that arrived at the old server during the switch, and everyone gets their new sign-in details.
What doesn't
- Files in Google Drive or OneDrive, and Teams or Chat history
- Filters and rules: we note them, and they're set up again
- Saved passwords in phones and Outlook: each device is set up once with the new details
How long does it take?
Copying speed depends on how much mail there is and how fast the old provider lets us read it. We'll give you an estimate when we plan; the switch itself takes minutes.
What we need from you
Access to your domain's DNS (or your registrar login), and a way to sign in to each old mailbox, usually an app password from Google or Microsoft.
Large or out-of-hours moves
On the Corporate plan we schedule the switch outside office hours so nobody is interrupted. Talk to us about anything over 50 mailboxes.
