Most apps only need your email address and password. If one asks for server details, everything it needs is in the table below.

Settings for any mail app

Your username is always your full email address, for example ayesha@yourcompany.pk.

Outgoing mail always needs a username and password (the same as incoming). Use IMAP rather than POP3 if you read mail on more than one device; POP3 downloads mail to one device and other devices won't see it.

Webmail

  1. Go to mail.naxertech.com/SOGo in any browser.
  2. Sign in with your full email address and password.
  3. To change your password, set an out-of-office reply or add forwarding, open Preferences (the gear icon).
  4. Mail held as possible spam is listed in the quarantine email we send you. Release anything you were expecting from there.

Outlook for Windows and Mac

  1. Open Outlook and choose File › Add Account (new Outlook: Settings › Accounts › Add account).
  2. Enter your email address. Outlook usually finds the settings and only asks for your password.
  3. If it asks for the account type, choose IMAP.
  4. Incoming: mail.naxertech.com, port 993, SSL/TLS. Outgoing: mail.naxertech.com, port 465, SSL/TLS.
  5. Username is your full email address, for both incoming and outgoing.

iPhone & iPad

Set up as Exchange to get mail, calendar and contacts together, with new mail pushed instantly.

  1. Open Settings › Apps › Mail › Mail Accounts › Add Account (older iOS: Settings › Mail › Accounts).
  2. Choose Microsoft Exchange, enter your email address and a description, then tap Next.
  3. Tap Configure Manually and enter your password.
  4. If asked for a server, enter mail.naxertech.com. Username is your full email address; leave Domain blank.
  5. Choose what to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendars) and tap Save.

Android (Gmail app)

  1. Open the Gmail app, tap your profile picture, then Add another account.
  2. Choose Exchange and Office 365 for push mail, calendar and contacts, or Other for plain IMAP.
  3. Enter your email address and tap Manual setup if offered, then your password.
  4. Server: mail.naxertech.com. Username: your full email address. Security: SSL/TLS.
  5. Accept the security prompt for remote administration if it appears; it's needed for Exchange sync.

Thunderbird

  1. Choose Account Settings › Account Actions › Add Mail Account.
  2. Enter your name, email address and password, then Continue.
  3. Thunderbird finds the settings automatically once your domain's DNS is set up. Check it chose IMAP, then Done.
