Getting started
Yes, email hosting runs on your own domain, such as yourcompany.pk or yourcompany.com. If you don't have one yet, choose "I need a domain" when you order and we'll register it for you.
Yes. Only your domain's email records change. Your website, and whoever hosts it, is not affected.
We create them as soon as your invoice is paid, usually the same business day. Mail starts arriving once your domain's DNS records are updated, which typically takes under an hour.
A mailbox has its own password and storage, for one person. An alias like info@ or sales@ is an extra address that delivers into one or more existing mailboxes. Aliases are free; you only pay for mailboxes.
Billing
From $2.49 per mailbox per month on Starter, or less per month when paid annually. See pricing for every plan.
Customers in Pakistan pay in rupees; everyone else pays in US dollars. Rupee prices are converted from the dollar price at the day's exchange rate and rounded down to the nearest Rs 100.
After you order we email an invoice with payment options. Renewals are invoiced before each period ends.
Yes. New mailboxes are billed for the rest of your current period. Removed mailboxes stop being billed from your next renewal.
We remind you before the period ends. After it ends, mail is no longer delivered and the mailboxes are suspended; they're deleted after the period in our hosting terms. Ask us before then and we'll export your mail for you.
Using your mailbox
Webmail in any browser, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and the built-in mail apps on iPhone and Android. See the setup guides.
You'll get a warning email as it fills up. Once it's full, new mail is refused until you delete or archive some, so move up a plan before that happens if you keep a lot of mail.
Check your Junk folder, then the quarantine report we email you. If it isn't in either, send us the sender's address and the time it was sent and we'll trace it.
Mailboxes are for normal business correspondence. Bulk and marketing email should go through a dedicated sending service; our acceptable use policy explains why.
Sign in to webmail and open Preferences. Forgotten it? Ask whoever manages email at your company, or contact us, and we'll reset it after confirming who you are.
Migration
Yes, on every plan. We copy all mail and folders from your current provider. See how migration works.
No. Your team keeps using the old mailboxes while we copy. When DNS switches over, new mail starts arriving with us, and a final sync catches anything that landed at the old provider in between.
