FAQ
Questions people ask before they switch
Yes. Your domain stays registered where it is; only its MX and a few other DNS records change to point your email at us. If you don't have a domain yet, we can register one for you.
No. Migration copies every folder from your old provider, and we only switch your domain once the copy is complete. A final sync picks up anything that arrived in between.
Yes. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the built-in mail apps on iPhone and Android all work. Our setup guides walk through each one.
You can add mailboxes at any time; they're billed for the rest of your current period. If some staff need more storage than others, ask us about mixing plans on one domain.
After you order we email an invoice with payment options. Customers in Pakistan are billed in rupees; everyone else in US dollars.
